Yangdup Lama

Yangdup graduated from the Institute of Advanced Management, Salt Lake Calcutta in 1994. His interest in professional bartending began when working at the Polo Lounge Bar at the Hyatt Regency, Delhi. He received professional training in bartending from the renowned international bartender Laval Lim Hon of the Waikiki Cocktail Bar, Majorca, Spain. He was the winner of the "H&FS Bartender of the Year 1996" and the Asia Pacific "30 Under 30 Award" for being one of the outstanding bartenders in Asia. Lama became a qualified trainer for bartenders in the Hyatt from the Hyatt International Chicago in March 1998. In June 1998 he set up and trained the bartenders at Djinns, India's first prestigious English pub at the Hyatt Regency.

In 1999 Yangdup left the Hyatt to start his own company, Cocktails & Dreams, a mobile bar management services company with over 30 bartenders bartending in the most happening parties from stirring up the right mix for Bill Clinton to the launch of New Mercedes Benz to all the high profile weddings in the country. He has also been instrumental in setting up and streamlining operations for bars and pubs in and outside the country.

Yangdup works closely with Tulleeho to conduct workshops for professional and amateur bartenders. Yangdup has set up the first school of bar and beverage management in Delhi.
Irfan Ahmed

Irfan Ahmed, one of the country's leading bartenders, has spent over 15 years in the trade. Irfan spent 9 years at the Taj Bengal, Kolkata, during which he was ranked amongst the Best 5 Bartenders in the Country (1995) and won the Best Bar Manager Award in 1999.

Irfan is now an independent consultant to bars and restaurants. He has launched numerous bars including: Big Ben (Kolkata),'Club Platinum' (Kathmandu), 'Baron & Baroness' (Bhubaneswar), 'Heka Bar' (Kolkata) , 'Silver Streak' (Guwahati) and the 'Camellia Tea Bar'.

Irfan conducts training sessions, workshops and promos for tulleeho.com and is also writing a book on professional bartending made simple.
Rohan Carvalho aka 'RON'

Rohan’s tryst with bartending started from Mumbai where he did his professional bartending course at Stir Academy. Rohan polished his practical skills, working with various renowned bars in Mumbai. During his tenure, he was acknowledged for his exceptional talent, which then took him to Bottles and Chimney, an extremely well known bar in Hyderabad.
Rohan has been an instructor in Flair and Mixology at IBOM, Delhi , where he fine-tuned his bartending skills in Extreme Flair with some of the world’s finest bartenders : Will Lowe, Andy Clarke & Neil Lowrey. He is now a distinguished member of the faculty at B’Mann School of Bartending, Chennai, Rohan has won numerous awards, most recently finishing as 1st Runner-up at the Bacardi Martini Grand Prix 2006 in Flair. He has also conducted many training programmes/seminars & workshops across the country.
Vinod Sharma

Vinod graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Dadar, Bombay in 1985. After working for 8 years in the Hotel industry, Vinod switched careers and entered the world of electronic component manufacturing. He created a thoroughly professional manufacturing company that survives on service, Deki Electronics. Vinod is also the President of industry bodies such as Elcina and Council of Electronic Hardware Associations of India.

Vinod has conducted training for exporters, BSO representatives and other trainers in Mumbai, South Africa and East Africa.

His other passion is horse riding - he runs a riding club in New Delhi and enjoys teaching riders.
