Suresh : Where can I buy angostura bitters & dry and sweet vermouth in Delhi?

Tulleeho : You can pick up Dry / Sweet Vermouth at the following liquor vends in the city:

* N Block, Inner Circle (opposite Competent Motors), Connaught Place.
* SDA Market, Opposite IIT Delhi

Angostura Bitters is currently unavailable in Delhi. The Excise Deptt. has suddenly woken up to the fact that it is an alcoholic product and has gone and taken it off the shelves! We have been trying to source it too...let us know in case you find some!

Bacardi 151 Proof is yet to hit the shelves in India. That, actually, may never happen anytime soon either. We will keep you updated if it does make an entry. For the time being you will have to pick up a bottle from Duty Free the next time you travel abroad.

As for the Bombay Sapphire Gin, you can pick it up from a good retail vend in the city. These would be the ones like:

* N Block, Middle Circle, Connaught Place
* C Block Market, Vasant Vihar

Tulleeho : A cobbler is a type or from the classic family of cocktails. These tall drinks are generally served in large goblets. They are made with lots of shaved ice, fruits and liquor, decorated with berries, fresh fruit and, if desired, a sprig of mint. Serve with straw.
