2 month professional bartending course delivered through 36 3 hour sessions
Course Details
Class Timings: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Evaluation: Continuous and Comprehensive. Mid-term and final exams, testing both theoretical and practical aspects
Fees: Rs. 20,000/- + 10.3% Service Tax + Optional Extras : Rs. 2300/- Kit (*) + Rs. 3200/- (for Study material)
Selection: Personal Interview
* Kit - Includes a Backpack, a complete bartending kit (Boston Shaker, 3 speed pourers, Hawthorne Strainer, Jigger, Bar Spoon, Bar Blade, Wine Opener, Double Strainer & Muddler) |

Class Timings: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evaluation: Test.
Fees: Rs. 3,000/- + 10.3% Service Tax |

Basics of alcoholic beverages
Whisky
Beer
Wine insight - old and new world
Opening the bar & Bar equipment
Essence of Mixology. Practical applications of Mixology
Bar ethics and Alcohol awareness
Licensing laws, inventory and FLR formalities
Effective Buying, Costing and Beverage Controls
Menu Planning & Marketing the bar and cocktails
