Port Wine: - Can be bottled and kept for as long as seven years without much change in its taste and constituent which would be noticed by our regular drinker. Some Port Wines from Goa might sediment because of the congeners but still it would be all right to consume after straining the sediment. Please note Goan Port Wine is fortified therefore they would be sharp and last longer like any other fortified Wine globally.
Fenny / Feni:- (Pheni) First of all you have spelt Fenny wrongly. As fenny is a white spirit and more of a distilled product finally it has got a longer shelf life like any other white spirit. Viz a viz a brown spirit. As white spirits has bare minimum of congeners. A fenny would last without refrigeration as along as can be only it would loose its alcohol content to the extent of 7 to 10% over a period of 4 plus years in climatic conditions of western India. But it would be a more pleasurable and smooth drink, instead of being matured in a oak cask or any good wood barrel.
