Plum Cooler

Another cocktail specially developed by Tulleeho for Azzuro, a Mediterranean restor bar in Delhi (since closed down)

Ingredients
  

  • 45 ml Whisky
  • 15 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 3 no. Plums Deseeded
  • 5 ml Lime Juice

Preparation

  • Muddle the Plums and add the remaining ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain into an ice filled Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish

  • Plum slice on glass rim.
