Another Tullee Chirstmas Special

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle Red Wine dry
  • 2 Lemon peel(s)
  • 2 Orange peel(s)
  • 4 Cinnamon Stick(s)
  • 4 Clove(s)
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Nutmeg grated

Preparation

  • Tie up the lemon peels, orange peels, cinnamon sticks, cloves and the ground nutmeg in a muslin cloth (bouquet garni). Now double boil the wine: use a pan with the wine and the bouquet garni placed over a larger pan with boiling water and cover. Allow it to steam for 30 minutes. Serve in heated mugs.
