Shahi Jaam

Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml Vodka
  • 2 tbsp Roohafza
  • Dash of Lime Juice
  • Pinch of Black Salt
  • Top with Tonic

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pour measure of Vodka into a tall Collins glass. Put lime, black salt & ice, and stir. Pour Rooh Afza and Tonic water simultaneously into glass. 1st sip to be taken without stirring. Before 2nd sip, garnish with a rose petal and let it float for 2 minutes. Stir and enjoy a Shahi Jaam.

  • Salt to rim the glass
