Coconut Cream

During a picnic on the beach we tried this drink and ended up finishing the bottle and bringing lot of happiness to ourselves and the coconut seller.

Ingredients
  

  • 30 ml Dark rum
  • 1 Tender Coco
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice cream

Instructions
 

  • Cut the top off a TENDER COCONUT. With a spoon, scrape the tender coconut cream and blend it along with the coconut water with a hand blender. Add 30 ml dark rum, and a scoop of Vanilla Ice cream. Drink from the coconut shell itself.
