Bouquet au Rhum

Ingredients
  

  • 45 ml White Rum
  • 15 ml Kirsch
  • A dash of Pimm's No. 1
  • 1 teaspoon Dark rum

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mix white rum and Kirsch in a shaker with ice. Add Pimm's no.1, stir well and strain in glass. Tie the cinnamon stick, celery stick and cloves with the lemon rind & place in a bar spoon full of dark rum and flame it and float it on the drink.

Garnish

  • 1 cinnamon stick, celery stick & lemon rind strip. 2 Cloves.
