The Return of the Parkerwadi

Ingredients
  

  • 750 ml White Wine
  • 5-6 no. Tender Coconut

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Get as much water as you can out of the coconuts and chill. Mix the coconut water with the wine, and fill up with lots of ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Works well for a lazy summer afternoon.
