Frozen Kairi Daiquiri

Summer's mango panna season and wife's favourite green mango juice was in the fridge. So decided to try it out. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Ingredients
  

  • 90 ml Light Rum
  • 250 ml Green Mango Juice

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Blend all the ingredients together with ice in a blender until smooth.

Garnish

  • Mint Sprig and Lemon wedge
