Mount Everest

Ingredients
  

  • 20 ml Tequila
  • 20 ml Kahlua
  • 20 ml Malibu
  • 30 ml Fresh Cream
  • 1 tsp Caster Sugar

Preparation

  • Take around 6-8 ice cubes, tequila, Malibu and cream in a blender and blend well. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and make a small conical mound (resembling a mountain). Now pour the Kahlua from the side of the glass so that it gently slips to the bottom of the glass without discolouring the white wound.

Garnish

  • Sprinkle castor sugar to give it a 'snowy' appearance.
