Cane Cooler

Ingredients
  

  • 45 ml Light Rum
  • 20 ml Dark rum
  • 5-6 no. Lemon wedges
  • 100 ml Cane Juice
  • 2-3 juliennes Fresh Ginger
  • 5-6 no. Mint Leaves

Preparation

  • Muddle lime, mint & ginger with white rum in an old fashioned glass, fill it with crushed ice and add fresh cane juice, top up with dark rum.

  • Fresh mint leaves
