The Tulleeho Sour

I was totally inspired by Tulleeho and their blog. The notion of Indian spices mixed with classic spirits was my point of departure for this particular drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml Bourbon
  • 20 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Simple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Moisten the edge of a martini glass with the lemon carcass and roll the edge of the glass with the sugar cardamom mix, set aside while you prepare the drink.
  • Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake rigorously. Strain the cocktail into the glass, being careful not to dislodge the sugar rim.
