The famous Lola’s bar was opened in west Hollywood in 1996 by Loren Dunsworth and a year after that at one fortunate forth of July weekend, Loren asked her bartender Adam Karsten to make her a drink from the Apple Pucker Schnapps that had been sitting collecting dust over the shelf and all he could think of mixing it with Ketel One Vodka which was a hit at Lola’s Bar, and that’s how it all started.
