I am a hotel management student form Manipal. We do food festivals in a 4 star hotel attached
to our college and last year we did ""Octoberfest". I was in charge of the bar and wanted to make a greenish blue cocktail
with out blue curacao and used mint syrup. This cocktail was a major hit and it sold nearly 100 portions in 3 days of the festival.

10mlMojito Mint Syrup
how to make the cocktail
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain over ice and top up with Sprite.
