about the cocktail

ingredients in the cocktail
  • 20 ml Tequila
  • 20 ml Kahlua
  • 20 ml Malibu
  • 30 ml Fresh Cream
  • 1 tsp Caster Sugar
how to make the cocktail
    Preparation
    1. Take around 6-8 ice cubes, tequila, Malibu and cream in a blender and blend well. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and make a small conical mound (resembling a mountain). Now pour the Kahlua from the side of the glass so that it gently slips to the bottom of the glass without discolouring the white wound.
    Garnish
    1. Sprinkle castor sugar to give it a 'snowy' appearance.
