Pisco Sour

Origins

The Pisco Sour- The classic debate between 2 countries as to who invented the Cocktail, Chile or Peru. The common story is that, it was invented by an American Ex-Pat from San Francisco living in Peru named Victor Morris in the early 1900s. The other most likely scenario is so like the Brandy sour and the Whisky sour which came in the 1860s and the egg white sours in late 1800s. The pisco sour was just an eventual outcome of bartenders with a new spirit.
