Q. Where all do you deliver?

A. Anywhere in India. If you stay outside India and wish to avail of our services, mail us with the details of the products you want at tulleeho@tulleeho.com and we will make our best attempts to deliver them to you.


Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. Cheque, Demand Draft (either mailed to us or Home pick up in Delhi and Mumbai) and Credit card. In the case of cheque payment, your order will be shipped once the payment is realised. If you opt for home pick up then a Rs. 50/- surcharge will be applied. Our credit card processing is handled through a third party vendor - CC Avenue ( www.ccavenue.com ).


Q. How secure is it to enter my credit card details online?

A. When you chose the credit card option, you will be transported to our payment gateway partner site - CC Avenue. CC Avenue servers are behind security firewalls to ensure protection of your details and they are also registered with Verisign, a Net authentication agency.


Q. Does CCAvenue use SSL encryption?

A. Yes. The shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the Online Shopper's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers. While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the Online Shopper is in Non-Secure Mode. After he/she presses the Checkout button, we switch to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping information. All modern Web browsers support the SSL standard, but the Online Shopper can choose to checkout using Non-Secure Mode if necessary.


Q. How long will my order take to reach me?

A. The time taken to ship your order is a function of the goods you have ordered. Different goods have different availability schedules (as indicated next to them). Your delivery time will be equal to the longest lead-time of an item (in case of multiple items) plus any payment realisation time plus the shipping time.


Q. Can I view my order status online?

A. Yes you can. Just go to your Tulleeho Account Page.


Q. Can I cancel my order ?

A. Only if your order hasn't been processed yet. Once we have placed an order with a supplier, i.e. it is "under processing" then we cannot cancel the order. Order status Pre-processing Under processing En route


Q. Can I change my order?

A. Same as above.


Q. When is my credit card charged?

A. Your card is charged the day your order is shipped out to you.
