Beachcomber
In this recipe, adapted from the 1947 edition of Trader Vic’s Bar-Tender’s Guide, bartender Jeffrey Morgenthaler increases the original spirits proportions to keep the cocktail from tasting watered-down once blended.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Light Rum
- 20 ml Cointreau
- 20 ml Lime Juice
- Half tsp Maraschino Liqueur
- Dash Sugar Syrup

Preparation
- Add all ingredients in a mixing glass and shake with lots of ice. Strain.
