Bouquet au Rhum

This is his innovation!
- 45 ml White Rum
- 15 ml Kirsch
- A dash of Pimm's No. 1
- 1 teaspoon Dark rum
Preparation
Mix white rum and Kirsch in a shaker with ice. Add Pimm's no.1, stir well and strain in glass. Tie the cinnamon stick, celery stick and cloves with the lemon rind & place in a bar spoon full of dark rum and flame it and float it on the drink.
