Ingredients
  

  • 45 ml Vodka
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 6 to 8 drops Tabasco Sauce
  • Top up with Beef Consomme or bouillon

Preparation

  • Salt rim the glass. Fill with ice cubes. Pour in the vodka, lime juice, Worcestershire Sauce and Tabasco. Top up with cold consomme.

Garnish

  • Lime slice
  • Celery Stick
