I went to a Survivor finale party and the host made this drink. It was really good so I stole it.

Ingredients
  

  • 45 ml Dark rum
  • 150 ml Ginger beer
  • 3-4 pieces Fresh Ginger

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender carefully until the ice is all crushed and frosty.

Garnish

  • Mint leaves
