Another Tullee Chirstmas Special
- 1 bottle Red Wine dry
- 2 Lemon peel(s)
- 2 Orange peel(s)
- 4 Cinnamon Stick(s)
- 4 Clove(s)
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Nutmeg grated
Preparation
Tie up the lemon peels, orange peels, cinnamon sticks, cloves and the ground nutmeg in a muslin cloth (bouquet garni). Now double boil the wine: use a pan with the wine and the bouquet garni placed over a larger pan with boiling water and cover.
Allow it to steam for 30 minutes. Serve in heated mugs.
