He made this cocktail at an interview and got selected. He named it after his little daughter.

- 45 ml Gin
- 20 ml Green Apple syrup
- A dash Lime Juice

Preparation
- Blend together gin, apple syrup, lime juice and ice. Serve frozen in a martini glass with a salt rim.

- Slice of Green Apple
