There is a very general thumb rule i have observed. One of sour, two of sweet, three of strong and four of weak. Substitute Vodka by either GIN or TEQUILA, Lime cordial by ORANGE SQUASH and PINEAPPLE JUICE WITH ORANGE JUICE. The results will be equally good.

Ingredients
  

  • 90 ml White Rum
  • 30 ml Vodka
  • 60 ml Lime Cordial
  • 120 ml Pineapple Juice

Preparation

  • Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, over crushed Ice. Shake and dump in a Collins glass.

Garnish

  • Half a slice of orange and Mint leaves
  • Lemon Rind
