Malimbu

Just arrived at the recipe after some experimentation in my home bar. An excellent drink, very highly recommended for all first-time drinkers.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Coconut Rum
  • 20 ml Lime Juice
  • 3 to 4 Mint Leaves
  • Top with Coca Cola

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gently muddle the mint leaves with lime juice. Add crushed ice to the top. Pour the Malibu and top up with Coke.

Garnish

  • Mint Sprig
