Pisco Sour
Ingredients
- 60 ml Pisco
- 20 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 Egg white whole
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (ie shake without ice)
- Then add ice and shake hard. Fine strain into glass and garnish.
