South Florida Mojito

I tried the original mojito and I really hated the smell of the mint leaves so I decreased the amount and added more sugar and WALAH!

Ingredients
  

  • 45 ml White Rum
  • 1/8th to a quarter cup Caster Sugar
  • 3 Mint Leaves
  • 2 Lime chunks
  • Top with Soda

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mash up the lime wedges, sugar and mint completely. Now add crushed ice and rest of the ingredients. Stir before serving.

  • Sugar Rim
