I first experimented with this recipe when our college cricket team was touring in Hyderabad. Couldn't get "Thums Up" to go with our rum. Instead got apple juice (HPMC) at the railway station nearby. The damn thing turned out to be so smooth. Till we all got hit. Therefore the 'Sticky Wicket' tag. Enjoy!
