- 120 ml Sparkling Wine (chilled)
- 15 ml Gin
- 5 ml Strawberry Syrup

Preparation
- Add strawberry syrup, gin and top with sparkling wine in the glass. Stir and serve.
Garnish
- Fresh strawberry or Maraschino cherry
