Sweet Dreams

Looking for a change from the usual, one day just mixed all the ingredients together and found that it tasted brilliant! The garnish adds to the overall effect, but two of these drinks are guaranteed to ensure ""Sweet Dreams"", hence the name!!

Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml Scotch
  • 30 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 1 no. Sugar Cube
  • A Dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Muddle the sugar, lime and bitters together. Pour into a cocktail shaker containing crushed ice. Add the vermouth and the whisky and give it a light shake and pour in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime and a sprig of mint.
